Tax Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tax associate attorney with 5-8 years of experience. The candidate must have direct experience in corporate tax matters, such as; the formation, acquisition, disposition, merger, and reorganization of business entities and financing needs. Must have experience in researching and analyzing complex tax issues (individual and corporate). Must have experience with tax treatment, planning, and design of incentive compensation for key employees. Must have tax controversy experience. NJ and PA Bar are required.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, along with strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and analytical skills. LLM or pending is preferred.

Five law offices are based in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Seventy veteran attorneys are employed at the firm. Area of specialization is commercial business law.
