The candidate will take lead on cases, direct associates, interact with clients, exercise sound judgment, and think creatively. Should preferably have experience with real estate, contract disputes and employment. Prefer attorney with some portable business.

The law firm is based in California. There are fourteen practice areas. Disciplines are diverse. Business tax, corporate-business, family tax, international, real estate and wine-food are some of their practice areas. Eleven veteran attorneys and a qualified support group are on staff.
