Commercial Finance and Capital Markets Associate Attorney

The candidate should be a member of the Corporate and Finance Group, with an emphasis on commercial finance matters. Must have experience representing both borrowers and financial institutions in a range of financing transactions such as secured and unsecured, senior and subordinated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-based and cash-flow facilities. Experience in counseling public companies with respect to securities reporting requirements, corporate governance matters, and public and private offerings is preferred. Must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing/drafting skills, and the ability to work independently.
