Bankruptcy Associate Attorney/Foreclosure Associate Attorney

Winston Salem office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks bankruptcy associate attorney/foreclosure associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling foreclosure and bankruptcy matters for the firm. Will serve in the preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure and bankruptcy-related pleadings. Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures and handle all aspects of bankruptcy matters including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements, and Adversary Proceedings. Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings. Regular client meetings/updates. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Should be a member in good standing of the NC Bar.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree. Must have the ability to manage and prioritize large caseload. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone). Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills are needed.
