The candidate must have experience in real estate finance or lending transactions representing financial institutions and/or developers. Experience is preferred in projects supported by Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits and New Market Tax Credits. Must be licensed, or be willing to seek licensure, in their resident-office jurisdiction.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and work ethic, solid organizational skills, as well as the ability to establish client and peer relationships in a collaborative culture.
