Franchise and Transactional Associate Attorney

The candidate will draft transactional documents, including purchase and sale documents, franchise disclosure documents, franchise regulatory filings, commercial real estate and lending documents, leases, and other transactional agreements. Will gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving franchising, business, real estate, and finance practice with significant client contact and potential for career advancement.

The candidate must have distinguished academically. Excellent writing and analytical skills are required.
