Partner-level Real Estate Attorney

Bohemia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a partner-level real estate attorney with 21 years of commercial leasing experience. The candidate must have experience representing commercial landlords and commercial tenants negotiating and drafting leases for all asset types including office, retail, industrial, shopping center, and related lease agreements (e.g., SNDAs, estoppels). Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase/sale and loan agreements and experience reviewing title and due diligence documents are required. Must have a license to practice law. Should have fluency in Spanish. Must have a portable book of business.
