Mid-Level Employee Benefits Associate Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level employee benefits associate attorney with 3 years of substantive employee benefits experience. The candidate must have a solid interest or background in executive compensation and employee benefits law, including experience with respect to equity plans and agreements, executive retention packages, retirement and welfare plans, as well as the handling of employee benefit plans and compensation arrangements in mergers and acquisitions. Should preferably have a big law firm experience. An LL.M. in tax law and/or employee benefits law is preferred. Must have State Bar admission in the Florida state or eligible for admission through the waiver.

The candidate should preferably have immediately transferable skills, excellent analytical and writing skills, and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools. Top academic credentials is required. Must have strong writing and analytical skills.
