Must have knowledge of or familiarity with litigation defense work. Should have knowledge of or familiarity with California Rules of Civil Procedure/Federal Rules. Experience with pleading challenges, depositions, written discovery, and motions is essential. Must be a fast learner, a self-starter, have excellent writing skills, be able to handle their own caseload, and be interested in litigation.
