The candidate should preferably have corporate and securities experience for real estate investment companies. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor. Should be a self-starter and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed.
