Seaford office of our client seeks a closing/escrow attorney preferably with some experience in real estate. The candidate will, under limited supervision, advise clients in real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale, or refinance of a home or commercial real estate property. Will report directly to the state managing attorney. Review closing files and conduct real estate closings. Explain documents and closing process to clients. Conduct post-closing responsibilities. Represent the firm in a positive manner. Understand that most appointments are out of the office. Work comfortably with a schedule that varies from day-to-day. Willingly perform other duties as assigned or requested. Should hold or be able to obtain a notary public certification prior to being employed. Must be licensed and hold a Bar card in good standing within the state of practice.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree. The position requires evening and weekend flexibility.
