Antitrust Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have substantial private firm expertise in mergers, cartel investigations, and civil litigation (including class actions). Should include experience with competition issues in the telecommunications and internet space, a supervisory role in responding to a second request, preparing substantive motions, white papers and PowerPoints, conducting depositions and witness interviews. DOJ, FTC, or FCC experience a plus.

The candidate should have excellent analytical, advocacy and communications skills.
