Detroit office of an AmLaw firm seeks materials science patent attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate must hold a degree in Materials Science (or Chemical Engineering with significant experience with materials science). Must preferably have experience with mechanical and electromechanical technologies. Law firm experience is preferred. Must be in good standing and an active member of the MI State Bar. Should be registered to practice before the Patent Office.

The candidate should have strong writing, research, and communication skills. Must hold a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school. Must have strong academic background.
