The candidate must have solid fund formation and investment management experience, including fund and management structuring, side letter negotiations, secondary sales, and Investment Advisers Act registration and compliance experience. Should have sophisticated document drafting skill and the ability to manage complex projects and transactions. Must be in good standing and an active member of the State Bar.
