Detroit office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks digital health associate attorney with 1-5 years of health care regulatory and/or transactional experience. The candidate should have general knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments and their affect and interplay in health care transactions. Must have a particular enthusiasm in working on issues of health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health that will transform the landscape of how health care is delivered, now and in the future. Prior experience working with telemedicine or digital health companies is preferred. AmLaw 100 experience preferred. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Michigan State Bar.

The candidate should be solution oriented and adaptable to working on a range of dynamic issues with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 enterprises. Must have ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice in a team-based, collegial environment, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Health Care Practice Group. Excellent academic credentials, writing and communication skills, including the ability to converse with firm clients on a regular basis, are required. Must hold a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
