Buffalo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate/business law associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be handling mergers and acquisitions. Will be serving in commercial contract negotiating, reviewing, and drafting. Advising clients on business start-up matters, including the formation of the proper legal entity. Advising clients on a broad array of general business matters. Advising clients on business succession planning. A strong interest in business development is essential. Admission to the New York State Bar essential.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced legal environment and in a team setting. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
