Carmel office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in creditors rights and civil litigation to assist with its retail consumer collections practice in Indiana. The candidate will serve in all aspects of file generation and litigation and are often the first line in trouble shooting with paralegals, courts and opposing attorneys. Will serve in court appearances throughout the state, pleadings preparation, docket/case management and close interaction with their assigned team. Member in good standing of the Indiana Bar is essential.

The candidate should be tech savvy, self-sufficient, organized, self-motivated and willing to travel within the state. Must have Bachelors degree from accredited college or university. Should have Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

This firm is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is a mid-sized law firm that represents clients in both state and federal trial and appellate courts in the United States as well as the Caribbean.
