• Manage performance metrics and track accomplishments using practice quality software to ensure high standards and client satisfaction.
• Represent clients effectively in court and other legal proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal documents as required.
• Stay current with family law trends and legal developments to provide informed advice and representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited university.
• Successfully passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Proven experience as 1st chair in family law cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited university.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
