Mid-level Estates and Probate Attorney

Muskegon office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level estates and probate attorney with 5-7 years of experience. The candidate will research and analyze the law on complex legal issues. Write memorandums, briefs, letters, and other documents. Market own and the firm's services to prospective clients. Perform discovery of various electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation. Perform due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Communicate and advise clients. Significant mediation experience is required. Trial experience is preferred. Must have admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the MI Bar. Should have an established book of business.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law school. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills are required. Excellent legal research skills are needed.
