Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks m&a/venture capital associate attorney with 4-6 years of corporate experience. The candidate should have significant experience in a corporate law practice with a focus on start-up representation and experience in venture capital, emerging companies, and M&A transactions. Should have strong skills in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. Significant experience with technology companies is a plus. Should have outstanding academic credentials.
