Dublin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm is seeking associates to join the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. The candidate will be expected to become an integral member of the asset management and investment funds team working with colleagues in a structured and progressive environment which focuses on excellence in the provision of legal services to the clients. Will be working as key member of the asset management team in the provision of legal services relating to the establishment and provision of ongoing advices relating to all types of investment funds whether established as AIFs or UCITS. Drafting documents for UCITS and AIF funds, including prospectuses, supplements, addenda, KIIDs, M&As, Instruments of Incorporation, Trust Deeds, RMPs, Business Plans and Programs of Activity; negotiation and drafting of agreements with service providers for UCITS and AIF in respect of fund launches and change of service providers including custody/depositary agreements, AIFM agreements, distribution agreements, investment advisory and management agreements and sub-investment management agreements. Achieving regulator and board approvals, making marketing notifications, fund revocations, coordinating annual fund documentation updates, fielding day-to-day client queries. Managing communications with client, service providers and the Central Bank of Ireland on a day to day basis. Implementing high standards of practice management to include time, billing and documentation management including implementation of client-specific requirements; and assisting with, maintaining and growing the knowledge management base of the asset management and investments funds department. Should have 2+ years of pqe for the asset management and investment funds department either in-house within the asset management industry or within an established asset management and investment funds private practice.

The candidate should have excellent academic qualifications (additional academic qualifications in relevant practice areas an advantage). Should have excellent drafting and communication skills. Must have excellent analytical skills. Strong organisational skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team and with the client is needed. Should have attention to detail.
