Immigration Attorney

Job Overview: A growing law firm in West Chester, PA, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Immigration Attorney to join their team. This position involves working closely with clients to provide legal guidance, develop case strategies, and represent them in immigration court proceedings. Location:

Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to assess legal needs and develop case strategies
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings
• Research and implement effective legal strategies to ensure successful case outcomes
• Provide ongoing legal guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process
• Maintain respectful and compassionate communication with clients

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar or another State Bar
• Strong commitment to serving the community and providing excellent client service
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Experience in immigration law is preferred but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or any other U.S. state
