High-Tech Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks high-tech patent litigation associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will handle litigation work relating to high-tech devices and technology. Will serve in the preparation and trial of patent matters, Markman hearings, technical analysis of products and patents, discovery preparation and management, working with experts, conducting and defending depositions, and drafting pleadings and motions. Should have a technology background in electrical engineering or computer science. Patent litigation experience before the US International Trade Commission is a plus. Must have an LL.M. degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must be admitted or eligible for admission in New York. A technology background in electrical engineering, computer science or related field needed.

The candidate should have a Graduated degree with a JD. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have a high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients. Must have ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail. Should have ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
