Litigation Associate Attorney

Hilton Head Island office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney preferably with 2-5 years of experience in all facets of litigation, including managing discovery matters and performing critical legal research. The candidate should preferably have financial services litigation experience. Must be a well-trained trial lawyer capable of handling matters as first-chair.

The candidate must have strong problem-solving, communication, and writing skills, a willingness to argue motions and take witnesses, a desire to assume immediate responsibility for matters, and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are required.
