Business/Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Santa Ana office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a business/civil litigation associate attorney with 7+ years of business/civil litigation experience. The candidate will do legal research, drafting motions and other pleadings of sophisticated nature, as well as prepare for discovery. Appear in court, take and defend depositions and attend mediations/arbitrations and trials. Assumes responsibility and involvement for his or her cases, developing a strategy (with the team) for the case from inception through trial. Must have a CA bar license.

The candidate must have excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. Must be a team player who is able to pursue projects to completion with a minimum of input or direction, take creative initiatives in supporting the team, and work effectively on a variety of simultaneously active matters.
