Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks immigration staff attorney with 5+ years of experience handling all aspects of business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, E, TN, O-1, B-1, F-1); consular processing; immigrant visas (EB1, EB2, EB3, and PERM); and I-9 audits and other immigration compliance issues. Should preferably have INSZoom or similar immigration database software experience. Language fluency in Spanish or Chinese is a plus. Must have an active, in good standing, State Bar license, prior or current membership in American Immigration Lawyers Association. Should have excellent writing skills, a high level of attention to detail, a track record of responsiveness, and positive professional references.
