Mid-level Technology Transactions Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks technology transactions associate attorney with 3-8 years of drafting and negotiation experience with a wide variety of technology transactions. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of intellectual property law. Must have knowledge including: licensing, outsourcing, software technology development, and professional services (reseller and distribution) agreements; e-commerce, media and entertainment deals, data security and privacy matters, and IP due diligence work in M&A and financing transactions or other complex procurement projects. A technical background (a science degree or computer programming experience) is a plus. Bar Admission to the state is preferred.

The candidate should have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. A strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills essential.
