Raleigh office of our client seeks real estate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate will be reviewing title and survey and drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, licenses, leases, loan documents, covenants and declarations (particularly with respect to mixed-use projects), and construction and architect agreements for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Should have document drafting and negotiating skills. Must be in good standing and an active member of the North Carolina Bar.

The candidate must hold a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.

A focus on businesses and entrepreneurs allows this North Carolina law firm to build a core set of principles that meet the specific needs of their clients. Their practice lies in the span of corporate law, business litigation, public and private securities offerings, privacy law and information security, intellectual property law and litigation, employment law, real estate law and litigation, land use, and planning and zoning litigation. These areas of practice are paired with what they call a new model, which minimizes internal infrastructure and non-attorney personnel to keep a low-overhead.
