Washington D.C. office of our client seeks a junior associate labor and employment attorney with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be exposed to a broad range of experiences. Will help bridge the gap between employers and employees through sound advice and counsel, draft employment agreements, and review multi-jurisdictional employment issues. Will also support clients in matters which involve collective bargaining and claims under the National Labor Relations Act. Experience or education specific to labor matters is a plus.

The candidate must have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail. Required skills include excellent writing, research, and communication skills, as well as interpersonal and self-management skills. Should also be analytical, creative, persistent, and flexible.
