San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a research law and motions attorney with 3 years of personal injury experience. The candidate will assist our trial attorneys in preparation for personal injury and mass tort cases. Must be familiar with the law relating to discovery and trial-related motions: discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, motions to continue, motions in limine, demand letters, and similar tasks in California State and Federal Courts. Must have California State Bar License. A judicial clerkship is required. The candidate should preferably have outstanding writing skills.
