Shareholder and Associate level Attorney

The candidate will join its estate planning and probate administration practice. Portable business is appreciated. Must have proven experience with trust and estate planning, tax planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate administration and closely-held business planning. Should have strong fundamental skills within the trusts and estates practice area, including gift and estate tax planning and fiduciary tax. Must be Bar admitted.
