Property Owners Association Associate Attorney

Frisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks property owners association associate attorney preferably with 2+ years of experience in real estate litigation, property owners association law, deed restriction, and/or lien enforcement matters. The candidate performs legal research, fact investigation, and preparation of legal documents. Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, case law, and legal articles to oversee and review the preparation of legal documents, such as demand letters, association governing documents, opinions, petitions, and motions. Attends hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Oversee/review pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. relating to the firms clients in both deed restriction enforcement and collection litigation, counseling, and transactional matters as assigned. Oversee and manage high volume pre-litigation and litigation docket. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Client interaction/development. Help coordinate workflow and supervise paralegals. Work with POA Shareholders and/or Associate attorneys and staff in other firm offices. Experience in both litigation and transactional matters is a plus.

The candidate should have Juris Doctorate.
