Boston office of an AmLaw firm seeks mid-level immigration practice group associate attorney with 3-4 years of professional legal experience in all aspects of immigration law, and/or immigration related clerkship. The candidate will draft and oversee all aspects of preparing and filing nonimmigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B and C, I-140, I-485) petitions, and applications with government agencies and consulates, under a the direction of a supervising attorney. Will manage and collaborate with legal assistants in day-to-day work on cases, as assigned. Stay current on business immigration law developments. Contribute to firms thought leadership by researching and drafting alerts and blog posts. Participate as a Practice Group Associate attorney in the activities of the section. Participate in client trainings internally and off-site. Counsel clients through the PERM labor certification process. Should be a Member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar. Must have experience as a client services manager for business immigration clients.

The candidate should have successful completion of a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) and earned a professional law degree (JD). Excellent docket and time management skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
