Durham office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks estate planning and probate associate attorney preferably with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will be providing legal advice and recommendations to estate planning clients and prospective clients. Will be reviewing and drafting important legal documents, such as Deeds, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and similar tools. Preparing documents and assisting with the administration of trusts and estates. Remaining current on legal developments in these fields. Appearing in Court and advocating for clients in estate administration and related matters as well as preparing important court filings. Managing other employees, such as legal assistants or paralegals, as assigned, including overseeing day-to-day tasks, training, time management, coaching, and mentoring; and assisting with cases involving Medicaid Planning and Special Needs Planning. Should have intermediate skill level or higher in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have intermediate skill level or higher in Google Apps, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Should have an Active Bar License in NC. Must preferably have Medicaid planning experience.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, performs well in a fast-paced environment, can demonstrate a strong mastery of the law, and exhibits leadership qualities. Must have excellent reading and writing skills.
