Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a FERC regulatory attorney with 2 years of FERC experience. The candidate will deliver exceptional, innovative solutions and create outstanding, sustainable results for industry-shaping clients. Will have the opportunity to be surrounded by peers who possess complimentary expertise that allow for collaboration in finding solutions and the chance to direct own growth and pursue a wide range of practice opportunities for clients with diverse needs. Work on FERC natural gas and electric certificate and rate cases, generation interconnection, and other renewable development work, as well as advocacy at FERC in policy and rulemaking proceedings and to support green energy transactions in its Regulatory and Project and Energy groups in any of offices. Must be Licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
