Should preferably have experience with a range of sophisticated bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues, including business torts, contract disputes, liens, foreclosures, receiverships, voidable transfers, claims litigation, adversary cases, cash collateral or priority disputes, and 363 proceedings. Drafting and prosecuting contested matters with discovery and courtroom experience is preferred. Should possess a strong academic background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
