Cary office of our client seeks patent attorney with 1+ year of law firm patent preparation and prosecution experience in technical fields relevant to firms client base. The candidate will be producing high-quality work on complex, highly technical matters with sophisticated clients. Drafting concise, organized, and well-reasoned Office Action responses. Electrical Engineering degree (B.S.E.E.) from an accredited university is essential. USPTO registration in good standing is essential. Must have admission to a State Bar. Should preferably have industry work experience in a technology field relevant to firms client base. Must preferably have 2-4 years of law firm patent preparation and prosecution experience.

The candidate should have a JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school with demonstrated academic achievement.
