Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a construction litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The candidate must have substantial experience negotiating and preparing construction contract documents and representing general contractors and other construction professionals, including construction managers and sureties, in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance claims, construction and design defect claims, and related matters in state and federal courts, including conducting and managing document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings, conducting/defending depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court. Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations, experience with trial preparation, and experience supervising junior associates and staff would be helpful. AmLaw 100 experience is preferred. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
