Insurance Coverage Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an insurance coverage attorney with 3-10 years of contractual risk transfer litigation experience. The candidate will represent clients in disputes and advise clients in a variety of matters. Will involve disputes arising out of long tail, products liability and construction litigation. Should have a strong litigation background, with experience analyzing coverage and contract issues, drafting legal opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in coverage and commercial litigation. Must have taken and defended depositions, represented clients at court conferences, and argued motions. Must have experience handling all phases of the litigation process including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and appeals. Arbitration/trial and mediation experience is beneficial.
