Practice Attorney

Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks practice attorney with preferably 3+ years of technology transactions experience. The candidate will be working on a variety of commercial transactions as well as help manage client portfolio arrangements with institutional firm clients. Will be responsible for effectively managing client workstreams and coordinating with attorneys outside of the practice subgroup when necessary. Interact directly with the client and work closely with in-house counsel reporting regularly on the status of matters. Project management experience is a plus. Familiarity with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements is required. Washington Bar admission is preferred.

The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to independently handle tasks ranging from matter assignment and organization to tracking deadlines, ownership of a portfolio of matters, and excellent legal analysis skills. The ability to work well within a team is required.
