The candidate will be advising clients on the application of trade regulations including EAR, ITAR, and OFAC regulations to their cross-border business operations. Will be assisting clients in developing compliance programs and advising with respect to trade issues in pre-and post-acquisition due diligence, advising on voluntary disclosures related to trade compliance and applying and obtaining licenses, permission, and authorizations for the conduct of international trade.
