Electrical Engineering Associate Attorney

Columbia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an electrical engineering associate attorney with 2+ years of intellectual property experience at a firm or in-house. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or commensurate technical experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, or software engineering. Must have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications through the USPTO and in foreign jurisdictions. Trademark prosecution and TTAB experience are preferred. IP Litigation technical support and PTAB experience are desired. Must also have active membership in a State Bar and a registration number. Superior writing skills and academic credentials are preferred. Commitment to excellent client service would be an asset.
