Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial real estate staff attorney with experience. The candidate will assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements; organize and maintain files; prepare closing documents. Must have experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial real estate transactions. Should have strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.

The ideal candidate must possess a JD degree. Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player.
