Litigation Associate Attorney

Alexandria office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney preferably with 2-4 years of litigation experience in federal courts, the PTAB, and/or the US International Trade Commission. The candidate will be involved in all facets of patent law, including litigation, consulting, counseling, and analysis. Should preferably have patent litigation experience and a technical background in electrical, computer, or mechanical engineering. Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery, and taking/defending depositions is desired. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be licensed to practice in a State Bar (preferably Virginia, but other Bars are acceptable). Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are required.
