The candidate should preferably have experience with Hatch-Waxman Litigation. Must be admitted to the NY Bar in good standing. Should preferably have a strong science background, with at least an undergraduate degree in life science, e.g. chemistry, biology, immunology, pharmacology, biomedical engineering, etc.
