Business Transactions Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a business transactions associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate will work closely with senior lawyers, will possess a high level of professionalism when working and engaging with demanding clients, and will have the ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities. Must have an interest in working on matters involving general corporate, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities, and finance. Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and leading transactional matters in a fast-paced environment on diverse matters requiring complex legal analysis is a plus. Should preferably be admitted to practice in California.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills. Should preferably have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while being able to work individually on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
