Kendall Park office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will represent clients in all aspects of family and business immigration law. Will serve in the preparation of employment based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and naturalization applications. Analyze and recommend multiple legal strategies. Must have knowledge of and experience at a minimum with PERM, E, L, EB-1A, and EB-1C petitions, as well as AOS, CP, Waivers. Knowledge and research proficiency in USCIS and NVC policies and procedures as well as relevant statutes and regulations is needed. Should have passed the NJ State Bar examination with valid license to practice law in the U.S.

Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities is needed. Ability to work effectively with others with great interpersonal skills is essential. Must have excellent English writing and oral communications skills.
