Mid-level Private Fund Formation Associate Attorney

Pittsburgh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level private fund formation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in all aspects of the formation and operation of private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and similar private funds. The candidate will become part of an exciting global Asset Management and Investment Funds practice, working with a diverse range of premier global clients. Should preferably have experience forming hedge funds and venture capital funds, and representing investors with respect to private fund investments. Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house experience at an institutional asset manager is strongly preferred.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. Must have a commitment to providing the highest quality client service and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
