The candidate will draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures. Will correspond with the patent office about pending patent applications. Advise patent litigation teams based on technical and scientific areas of expertise. Interview inventors about new ideas. Should have a Ph.D. in molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or any bio-related field. Strong English and Mandarin language skills are needed. Should preferably be registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office.
