Duties

  • Represent clients in a broad range of family law matters including divorce, custody, modifications, and enforcement

  • Manage all phases of family law cases from intake through final resolution

  • Handle courtroom appearances, mediation, and negotiations

  • Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients with professionalism and empathy

  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management

  • Originate or bring in new client matters as part of long-term growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of family law experience

  • Established presence in the Dallas legal market

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex family law matters independently

  • Proven track record of client development or case origination

  • Comfortable working in a team-first, low-stress environment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Texas

  • Board Certification in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (preferred but not required)
